Campouts/Events Coming Up
The following two forms are necessary for the troop to have any photographs posted on the web site or for any promotional materials (newsletter,DVD, power point, calendar, etc.) that may be produced. Adults may be included in group photos. Please complete both consent forms.
If you want to work on a requirement at the next campout, fill out
this form and give to Scoutmaster Olson (2) weeks prior to the event.
He will have everything ready for you.

Medical Forms
New forms starting in 2010. Section A&C is for weekend campouts(less than 72 hours). Section B is for Summer Camp or any event longer than 72 hours. (4) pages to download. Need to be re-submitted every year.
